SPS Loaner Program

Normally, SPS loaners are only available to financially-challenged families, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have expanded this offering to anyone in need of a device for student learning.

To request a loaner, please email admin@scit.org, and provide for each loaner requested:

  • Student name
  • School attended
  • Grade level

A loaner Chromebook will be assigned and pickup instructions will be sent to the email address used for the request. We usually can fulfill these requests within 24 hours of receipt. Requests received on the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday, or the next day that school is in session.

Loaner returns:

If you no longer need a loaner Chromebook or other device, please return it and its charger to the school to which your student is enrolled, and send a notification of the return to admin@scit.org. We anticipate the loaner program will revert back to strictly for students with financial need at the end of the 20-21 school year, at which time we will request all loaners be returned. Once the decision to recall these loaners is made, a general announcement via School Messenger will be broadcast to all families in the district.
